It may include the following: names, email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, job titles, contact preferences, contact or authentication data, billing addresses, debit/credit card numbers, and sensitive information.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

Information automatically collected.

In short, some information, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics, is collected automatically when you visit our services. We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate our services. This information doesn’t reveal your personal details like your name or contact information. However, it may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical details. This information is primarily needed to keep our Services secure and running smoothly, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes. Like many businesses, we also collect information through cookies and similar technologies. The information we collect includes:

- Log and Usage Data: This data is service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information that our servers automatically collect when you access or use our Services. We record this data in log files. Depending on how you interact with us, this log data may include your IP address, device information, browser type, and settings. It also includes information about your activity in the Services, such as the date and time stamps associated with your usage, the pages and files you viewed, the searches you made, and other actions you took, like which features you used. Device event information, such as system activity, error reports (sometimes called “crash dumps”), and hardware settings, is also included.

- Device Data: We collect device data about your computer, phone, tablet, or other device you use to access our Services. Depending on the device you use, this device data may include information such as your IP address (or proxy server), device and application identification numbers, location, browser type, hardware model, Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, operating system, and system configuration information.

- Location Data: We collect location data about your device’s location, which can be either precise or imprecise. The amount of information we collect depends on the type and settings of the device you use to access our Services. For instance, we may utilize GPS and other technologies to gather geolocation data that reveals your current location (based on your IP address). You have the option to opt out of allowing us to collect this information by either denying access to it or disabling your Location setting on your device. However, if you choose to opt out, you may be unable to utilize certain aspects of the Services.

In short, we may collect limited data from public databases, marketing partners, and other external sources. To enhance our ability to provide relevant marketing, offers, and services to you and update our records, we may obtain information about you from various sources, such as public databases, joint marketing partners, affiliate programs, data providers, and other third parties. This information includes mailing addresses, job titles, email addresses, phone numbers, intent data (or user behavior data), Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, social media profiles, social media URLs, and custom profiles, all for the purpose of targeted advertising and event promotion.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

In short, we process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We may also process your personal information for other purposes with your consent. The reasons for processing your personal information vary depending on how you interact with our Services, including:

- Delivering and facilitating the delivery of services to the user.

- Providing you with the requested service.

- Responding to user inquiries and offering support to users.

- Responding to your inquiries and resolving any potential issues you may have with the requested service.

- Sending administrative information to you.

- Sending you details about our products and services, changes to our terms and policies, and other similar information. To fulfill and manage your orders, we may process your information to process orders, payments, returns, and exchanges made through our Services. We may also process your information when necessary to request feedback and contact you about your use of our Services. Additionally, we may process the personal information you send to us for our marketing purposes, if this is in accordance with your marketing preferences. You can opt out of our marketing emails at any time. For more information, see “WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?” below.

We may also process your information to post testimonials on our Services, which may contain personal information. Additionally, we may process your information as part of our efforts to keep our Services safe and secure, including fraud monitoring and prevention. We may also process your information when we believe it is necessary to identify usage trends, determine the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns, and evaluate and improve our Services, products, marketing, and your experience.

Furthermore, we may need to share your personal information in the following situations: business transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company. When we use Google Maps Platform APIs, we may share your information with certain APIs, such as the Google Maps API and the Places API. Google Maps uses GPS, Wi-Fi, and cell towers to estimate your location. GPS is accurate to about 20 meters, while Wi-Fi and cell towers help improve accuracy when GPS signals are weak, like indoors. This data helps Google Maps provide directions, but it’s not always perfectly precise.

We also use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store your information. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies, such as web beacons and pixels, to gather information when you interact with our Services. Some online tracking technologies help us maintain the security of our Services, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save your preferences, and assist with basic site functions. We also permit third parties and service providers to use online tracking technologies on our Services for analytics and advertising, including to help manage and display advertisements, tailor advertisements to your interests, or send abandoned shopping cart reminders (depending on your communication preferences). These third parties and service providers use their technology to provide advertising about products and services tailored to your interests, which may appear either on our Services or on other websites.

To the extent these online tracking technologies are deemed to be a “sale”/“sharing” (which includes targeted advertising, as defined under applicable laws) under applicable US state laws, you can opt out of these online tracking technologies by submitting a request as described below under section “DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?” Specific information about how we use such technologies and how you can refuse certain cookies is set out in our Cookie Notice.

We may also share your information with Google Analytics to track and analyze the use of our Services. The Google Analytics Advertising Features we may use include Google Analytics Demographics and Interests Reporting. To opt out of being tracked by Google Analytics across our Services, visit https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can also opt out of Google Analytics Advertising Features through Ads Settings and Ad Settings for mobile apps. Other opt-out methods include http://optout.networkadvertising.org/ and http://www.networkadvertising.org/mobile-choice. For more information on Google’s privacy practices, visit the Google Privacy & Terms page.

In short, we keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice, unless otherwise required by law. We will only retain your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes specified in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us to keep your personal information for longer than 7 years. When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it. If this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), we will securely store it and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

To ensure the safety of your information, we implement various measures, including encryption, access controls, and regular audits. In short, we strive to safeguard your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures. We’ve implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties won’t be able to breach our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. While we’ll do our best to protect your personal information, transmitting it to and from our services is at your own risk. You should only access the services within a secure environment.

Now, let’s discuss your privacy rights. You have the right to review, change, or terminate your account at any time, depending on your country, province, or state of residence. If we’re relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express or implied consent based on applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent by contacting us using the contact details provided in the section “HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?” below. However, please note that this won’t affect the lawfulness of the processing before your withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent. Opting out of marketing and promotional communications: You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails we send, replying “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to the SMS messages we send, or contacting us using the details provided in the section “HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?” below. This will remove you from our marketing lists. However, we may still communicate with you, such as sending you service-related messages necessary for account administration and use, responding to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes. We will not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove cookies or reject them. This could affect certain features or services of our Services. If you have questions or comments about your privacy rights, you can email us at contact@psychvisit.today.

CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES: Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. However, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As a result, we currently do not respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted and we must adhere to it in the future, we will update this Privacy Notice to reflect that practice. California law requires us to inform you about our response to web browser DNT signals. However, since there is currently no industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.
